/ecoscrolls inscribe (Inscribes held item)

Permission: ecoscrolls.command.inscribedirect

General Usage: /ecoscrolls inscribe <player> <scroll> [level] or /ecoquests inscribe <scroll> [level]

/ecoquests give (Gives a scroll)

Permission: ecoscrolls.command.give

General Usage: /ecoscrolls give <player> <scroll>
